This policy explains what Physion Healthcare ("Physion", "we") collects when you use physion.in or book a home physiotherapy visit, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, age, mobile number, address and landmark.
- Details about your visit: the problem areas you select, the description you write, how long you have had the problem, the intensity you choose, and your chosen date and time.
- Files you upload: prescriptions, X-rays, scans or test reports, only if you choose to upload them.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
Why we use it
- To arrange your visit, call you to confirm it, and find your home.
- So the physiotherapist can prepare for and carry out your assessment and treatment.
- To keep a record of the care we provide.
- To answer your questions and handle changes or cancellations.
Who can see it
Only the Physion team and the physiotherapist handling your visit. We use trusted service providers to run the website and store bookings securely (our website host and our database provider). They store the data for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information. We do not share the conditions, symptoms, descriptions or reports you give us with advertising platforms.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. We may use Meta's tools to understand how many people visit our website from those ads. These tools do not receive your health details.
Information saved on your device
To save you typing next time, your browser may remember your name, age and mobile number on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and care records for as long as we need them to provide care and meet legal record-keeping duties. After that we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@physion.in or messaging us on WhatsApp +91-92960-68550. We will respond as soon as we can.
